INDIVIDUAL TIME TRIAL
An individual time trial (ITT) is a road race in which cyclists race alone against the clock. This course is just about flat with gradual 1% gradients
Road is not closed to vehicles
Hold the white line or shoulder
Yield to faster moving traffic and race groups
COURSE & TACTICS
Flat out and back 6.25 mile course with turnaround using West River Rd. (12.5 mi total race). Although you have the option to bust out your full time trial bike with aero bars and solid disc wheels, in order for your points to count towards the BBC Sunday Series Standings, you must ride a road bike "Cannibal" style!
This group will be allowed to use all Time Trial and aero equipment, including TT bike, teardrop helmet, solid disc wheels, and aero bars. THIS DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS BBC SUNDAY SERIES POINTS.
