BBC Group Ride: Amherst Museum to Tonawanda Nation

August 10 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

You must be a member of the Buffalo Bicycling club (or the Niagara Frontier Bicycle Club) to participate.  To sign up for membership, click here.

All season long, the BBC is partnering with the NFBC (Niagara Frontier Bicycle Club) for our group rides!  We expect a lot of road riders on our group rides of a wide range of abilities.  We will have A, B, and C group leaders that will hold each group to a prescribed pace so everyone has a group to ride with.  Please listen to the instructions in the parking lot from our ride leaders and head out and stay together for a great ride!  This collaboration between the BBC and NFBC will get more of us riding together and riders from each club trying out the other.

Start and Parking:

Amherst Museum Parking Lot on Tonawanda Creek and New Road

This route starts from the Amherst Museum like many NFBC rides and heads out to the Tonawanda Seneca Nation reservation for a loop via Koepsel, Hopkins, and Akron Roads. Optional pit stop for water/bathrooms at Akron Park.  The C group shortens the ride by turning South on 93 to rejoin the return stretch of the loop.
